About Prabalmachi:
Prabalmachi
is located between Matheran and Panvel and comes under the Raigad District in
the state of Maharashtra, India.
Prabalmachi
is a little hamlet hiding in the hills, so close to our megacity!
It offers a
picturesque backdrop of two gigantic Sahyadri peaks–Prabalgad and Kalavantin.
Located
very close to Mumbai, Prabalmachi serves as the base village for famous treks
of Prabalgad and Kalavantin forts.
The fort
was previously known as Muranjan until it was taken over and renamed by the
Maratha forces under Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's rule.

Itinerary
Day 1:
04:50 pm
Meet the Team at Panvel station and move towards Base Village of Prabalmachi by
local transport
05:45 pm
Reach Base village.
06:00 pm
Introduction round.
06:15 pm
Start the trek, Reach plateau by 08.00 pm and explore the surrounding
10:00 pm
Dinner time; enjoy local cuisines specially cooked for us… followed by bonfire
and lots of fun.
If tired
can off to sleep in the tents.
Day 2:
06:00 am
Wake up call, freshen up and recharge with breakfast.
08:00 am
Start descending post breakfast.
09:30 am
Start return journey towards Mumbai by local transport
10:15 am
Reach Mumbai and a promise to meet again.
