Day 1 – Beach Camping Experience

  • 02:15 PM: Ferry from Gateway of India (PNP Ferry)
    (Reach 15 minutes early; ferry tickets to be taken at Gateway)
  • 03:30 PM: Meet the team outside Mandwa Jetty
  • 05:30 PM: Ice-breaker session & sunset views
  • 07:30 PM: DJ Night begins
  • 08:00 PM: BBQ (Veg / Non-Veg / Jain)
  • 09:30 PM: Unlimited dinner
  • 11:00 PM: Bonfire & live acoustic music
  • 11:30 PM: Open-air movie screening
    Overnight: Stay in tents (mattress, blanket & pillow provided)

Day 2 – Checkout

  • 07:30 AM: Wake-up call & morning beach walk
  • 08:00 AM: Freshen up & breakfast

  • The Registration Form should be filled up after the registration is done, so we will have the emergency contact database.
  • Trek India is not Responsible for any baggage or personal belongings loss/damage and participants are responsible for the same.

Things to Remember

  • A basic toilet facility will be available at the base village.
  • We advise participants to not opt for such an event with any medical issues.
  • We don’t recommend participants reach the base village with their vehicle considering the complicated route & respecting everyone’s time.
  • Smoking/drinking/ Smoke up is strictly prohibited during the event. Anyone found will be expelled from the event immediately.
  • Trek Leader`s decision will be final & the argument will be entertained.
  • Participants` Safety is our prime concern for us and will not compromise for the same.
  • Trek India is not Responsible for any baggage or personal belongings loss/damage and participant are responsible for the same.
  • Don’t expect VIP or Luxurious treatment, as we are going Trekking/camping, so be adventurous and free.

Cancellation Policy

  • 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
  • 50% refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
  • No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to event date.
  • No show No Refund.
  • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
  • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
  • If Trek gets cancelled, we will refund "Trek Amount" only.
  • If the event is canceled due to any natural calamity, political unrest or other such reasons beyond our control the same cancellation policy will apply.
