Overview Rann of Kutch
Visiting the Rann of Kutch is like stepping into a captivating, otherworldly
landscape. Once a shallow part of the Arabian Sea, this expansive salt desert
was transformed by geological shifts that left it isolated and arid. Its
mesmerizing white expanses stretch as far as the eye can see, creating a
surreal and serene environment.
Mr. Bachchan once said, "Kutch nahi dekha toh kuch nahi dekha!" This
quote captures the essence of the Great Rann of Kutch, also known as the
White Desert. This expansive salt desert, with its pristine white sands and
endless blue skies, offers a mesmerizing experience. On a full moon night, the
Rann of Kutch transforms into a dreamlike landscape, with the salt flats
glowing ethereally under the moonlight.
