• Payment should be done through Trek India website or NEFT/IMPS
  • Trek India does not Cash Payment.
  • Please note the cancellation is calculated on the total amount payable and not of advance amount paid.
  • Before making the payment the Participants need to confirm the availability of the seats with Trek India.
  • After Payment is done Participants have to mail the screenshot on contact@trekindia.co.in (with the Event Name in the Subject).
  • Once the payment is done it is nonrefundable.
  • If cancellation is done 21 days prior to the start of the event. Then you can choose any other event to come on within the period of 1 month (30 days) or 90% will be refunded.
  • If cancellation is done between 20 days to 14 days prior to the start of the event. Then you can choose any other event or the same event with some different batch to come within the period of 1 month (30 days) or 70% will be refunded.
  • If cancellation is done between 14 days – 7 days prior to the start of the event. Then you can choose to go on the same event with any batch within the period of 15 Days or get a 50% refund.
  • Cancellation happening 7 days or less than that. Then No refund will there. You can transfer your reservation to your friend with the intimation to us.
  • If Trek India cancels the event and transfer of the booking amount are done, the full amount will be transferred to the participant. For Payment gateway payment GST and transaction charge is not refundable. 
  • Last moment cancellation no refund and no adjustment to any other will be done.
  • Payment once done for Rappelling Event will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • No refund and argument will be entertained in the last 24 hours of the events.
  • The refund will be paid only by NEFT /cheque after 10 days of the completion of the event. Even in case of events canceled by Trek India, the same process will be followed.

  • If the Participants do not share the Bank Details or any electronic medium within 2 days of the completion of the event in which they want to get a refund against the cancellation of the event from our end or from the participant’s end, so a refund will not process.
  • The participants need to share the bank or any electronic medium details via mail to us on contact@trekindia.co.in (with the subject refund).
